M Institute for the Arts has created an exciting new online offering for July 2020 — The New Era Voice Festival. The festival includes masterclasses, workshops and livestreams and features such artists as Tracy Cox, James Valenti, Angel Blue, Jennifer Johnson Cano, among others.
I am delighted that on July 31, 2020 at 7 pm ET, I’ll be speaking with Tracy Cox, discussing American art song, women in Classical music, artistic courage, and more. Bonus: Tracy and pianist Thomas Morris will be performing some of my songs.
